DIRECTIONS. This survey is only being administered to transfer students at UMC. Please help us continue to improve our services and programs by responding to the survey items.

Your answers are confidential and your participation is voluntary. See the Privacy Statement at the end of this survey for more information.


You will have the opportunity at the end of this survey to enter your name in a drawing to receive one of two $50 gift certificates  from the UMC Bookstore to be drawn at random from those completing the survey. Winners will receive an e-mail notification.

• No problems so far except some classes not showing up on my class credits...

 • I saw no problems from transfering. All my classes transferred smoothly and allowed me to continue my education with no flaws.
