NOTE. In order to reduce the total number of survey items individuals were asked to complete, half of the survey recipients were asked question 8 and half were asked question 9.
Please complete the
following survey by Friday, April 19th. Answer all questions in terms of your experiences on the UMC campus
and in your present degree program.
You will have the
opportunity at the end of this survey to enter your name in a drawing to
receive one of two $50 gift certificates at the UMC Bookstore or $50 in Crookston
RMA Bucks to be drawn at random from
those completing the survey. Winners will receive an e-mail notification.
