This questionnaire is being sent to UMC audiences for the purpose of evaluating Shannon Stassen. Periodic comprehensive reviews for full-time Professional and Administrative (P and A) staff are one factor that will be used by administrators in considering reappointment decisions. Assessment information will be solicited from a wide spectrum of people who interact with Mr. Stassen. This will include peers on the UMC campus, peers outside UMC, people directly or indirectly supervised by Mr. Stassen, faculty, staff, students, and external contacts. Summary of Job Description:The UMC Assistant Football Coach is responsible for duties associated with assisting the Head Football Coach with the UMC football program. These duties include: organizing and coordinating the defense and defensive staff; recruiting quality student athletes who have the ability to succeed academically and athletically; promoting, developing and maintaining positive relationships with administration, faculty, students, parents and the media; operating in compliance with NCAA rules and regulations; and organizing and coordinating summer football camps.
