In accordance with University policy, Bob Nelson, Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs, has appointed a review committee to collect and evaluate information concerning Shannon Stassen in his roles as Assistant Football Coach (Defense) and Equipment Manager at the University of Minnesota, Crookston.

The review committee, which also includes Robert Johnson, Dan Svedarsky, Bev McNamee, and Neil Andruschak, is requesting your completion of the enclosed evaluation survey. We encourage your thoughtful consideration in this process. A position description detailing Mr. Stassen’s responsibilities is included in the survey’s first section.

University policy and the state of Minnesota’s Data Privacy Act require us to be able to identify individuals who complete the survey, except for students and those individuals reporting directly to Mr. Stassen. Please be assured that, consistent with University policy, individual survey responses will be accessible only to the committee chairs, to the appointed administrator, and, if requested, to Mr. Stassen.
